It is important to be happy always. People are running after the things which make them happy. While digging deeper, everybody has different opinions and things that makes them happy. It varies from person to person.  Most of the people too easily get convinced by saying that the essential things to make them happy are the fame, money and power. It is clear that such things have their own importance and value but the ingredients of actual happiness may be far away from these things.

Doing things in a particular way makes some people happy. For many people, keeping household things in the proper places and arrange them properly make them happy and contented. It is better to reduce the number of things to arrange them without much difficulty and effort.  Keeping less stuffs and arrange them in the proper place is easy to search and it is a better way of time management too. But many people have the habit of keeping unwanted things as most of them have some story related to every stuff.

If you limit the data charges of your phone then you will be no more accessing any data update or any other facilities after an extent. That will prevent you from making unnecessary expenses. You can do so by changing the setting of your phone.

Talk to your customer care and visit your network provider’s website to see if you will have any data update automatically. If yes, then turn it off by asking your customer care.

You can turn on the Wi-Fi facility of your handset for sending emails and for other purposes. For that make it sure that you are seeing the Wi-Fi icon on the mobile phone screen.

You can make phone calls for free by using Skype too. This way only it will be easy for you to handle your smart phone while being out of the station.

Have you seen the Tom and Jerry cartoon? Do you remember that whenever Tom attacks Jerry, it turns into white? Do you want to see this incident happening in real life also? In real life, we could find hair turning into white from shock in literature, poetry and in some medical journals.

Dermatologists feel that if you face a real terrifying incident, then you may age overnight and your hair may turn into white out of that fear. But a person cannot lose the pigment in his hair as it becomes dead after leaving the scalp.
There is another scientific explanation to this concept of hair turning white. There is an autoimmune condition named alopecia areata which attacks the hair fossils causing the black, brown, red or blonde to fall out.

In the process, it can be seen that white and gray pigmented hairs leave behind. This whitening of the hair will happen much faster if salt and pepper content of the hair is quite higher. In such cases, the dark hairs fall much quickly and it seems that the person has become old overnight. Doctors feel that such autoimmune disorders may occur from excessive stress in the mind.

It has also been observed that the person who is prone to alopecia areata will lose his dark hairs quickly as he flairs up when he faces any stressful incident. This may lead to hair turning into white in days or even in a week.

It is interesting to know that the first case of hair whitening was reported in Tarmud in the 83 AD. It happened to a boy of 17 years old as he was appointed the chief of Isralei Talmud academy. Doctors said his hairs turned white as he took excessive stress in studying. Many celebrities have been reported to fall victim to this disease in history. The same thing also happened to Sha Jahan of India when he lost his favorite wife Mamtaj.
Doctors also feel that if you stop coloring your hair after coloring it once, then it takes a long time for the gray to grow out.
