Their life just very happy surrounded by their love for each other and their friends and family. But then begins their downfall and suddenly they began to experience failure in their career. They even boycotted all their friends and family and got sunk in their depressions and grief. They even came back to New York from LA and blamed the Church of Scientology for faltering career. But at last they fail the battle of life and Theresa committed suicide on July 10, 2006 followed by her husband Jeremy’s suicide on July 17, 2006.

You will have to watch The Crazies to see that the town is infected with a sort of insanity that is affecting the citizens. Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed

4 tablespoons butter, divided

1 pouch roasted garlic mashed potatoes

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon rubbed sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 cup fresh sugar snap peas

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup frozen corn

Procedure:

Take a small skillet and cook chicken in 1 tablespoon butter in it until no longer pink. Set aside and keep warm. Prepare the potatoes according to package directions.

In the meantime, in a large saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk and stir in seasoning. Bring to boil. Then, reduce heat, cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in 3/4 cup of Swiss cheese until it melts. Add peas, corn and chicken.

Transfer all of that to a greased baking dish. Top with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350°F (150°C) for about half an hour or until heated through. Let stand for another 5 minutes before serving.

Extra tip: Instead of Swiss cheese, you can use any other. I only wouldn’t recommend Gorgonzola or similar.

Ingredients:

2 x 1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/3 teaspoon pepper

1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 pound)

3/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1 big onion, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

1 package spring mix salad greens

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Procedure:

Combine 1 tablespoon brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, cayenne and pepper in a bowl. Rub all over steak. Brush with half the amount of vinaigrette.

Place the steak on a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until less (if you want more rare meat).

Take a skillet and saute onion in butter for about 12 minutes. Now add the remaining brown sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, until onion is browned.

Cut the steak across the grain into thin slices. Combine the greens, cranberries, cheese, onion, meat and drizzle with remaining vinaigrette.
